Local chapters in EWB contribute to the professional and social community locally. Through a local chapter, you can contribute to EWB's work by contributing to the recruitment of members and companies, work on assignments, and arrange various lectures and events. 

As a member of a local chapter you also get information about field assignments and Master with Meaning, and you can contribute in other ways, such as hosting Missing Maps events.
